The Delaware River Port Authority was looking to improve water runoff from the bridge. The solution is a unique drainage system comprised of troughs and tanks, which collect the debris at the top of the anchorage and the water continues down the drainage system to the bottom of the anchorage.

The Harmans/BWI campus of Catalent Pharma Solutions aids in Gene Therapy clinical manufacturing and laboratory testing. With close to 200,000 square feet, there was room to expand into the second level of part of the facility, which created a need for an exterior staircase.

The North Side Fix

Indian Mill Bridge Rehab
