Project Name: Graver Technologies' Ecosorb Processing System

Reason for Galv: Corrosion Performance, Lifecycle Cost

Graver Technologies has recently expanded in New Castle, DE to solidify their new home for their Adsorbents business which became their fourth manufacturing center. Graver, with the help of a reliable contracting company and engineers implemented a new Ecosorb Processing System.

An Ecosorb processing system uses natural essential oils, often applied via atomization (fogging/misting), to neutralize and eliminate industrial odors, rather than masking them, by breaking down odor molecules into non-toxic compounds, offering an eco-friendly solution for industries like waste management, food processing, and manufacturing. These systems are customized for various applications, from large landfills to specific equipment, and can integrate control technologies for efficiency, providing a safe and effective alternative to chemical odor control.

The project scope included the Design, Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection, Mechanical Equipment Setting, Concrete and all Process, Utility and Underground Piping. The project was completed safely and on time. The steel was galvanized for corrosion performance and lifecycle cost. The structure is made of beams, channels, angles, and tubes, amounting to over 55,000lbs.

The Well

$106 million 110000 sq ft Hilliard Recreation and Wellness Campus featuring a 25000 sq ft OSU Wexner Medical Center health hub.

One uCity Square

This custom steel sculpture was engineered specifically for hot-dip galvanizing with careful consideration of kettle dimensions, drainage placement, and warping prevention, then finished with a striking 2-part epoxy coating in blue and brown. The project transformed rigid steel into fluid movement while achieving lasting durability through galvanized corrosion protection and vibrant color finishes.

Connesville Bridge

Crawford Avenue Bridge's $11.5 million rehabilitation project replaced the 65-year-old structure with a 490-foot, six-span steel stringer bridge featuring hot-dip galvanized girders, cross frames, and splice plates for corrosion protection near the Youghiogheny River. The new design includes expanded vehicle capacity, a seven-foot bike lane, and six-foot sidewalk for enhanced pedestrian and bicycle safety.

Maybrook Solar

8-megawatt fixed-tilt solar installation on approximately 45 acres near Poughkeepsie NY engineered to resist 160 mph winds and heavy snow loads.
