Bri-Mar Utility Trailers

For many years, Bri-Mar was manufacturing and coating their utility trailers in house. They were using a painted system, but were having continual issues with performance, paint matching, and maintaining their paint line. Tired of the frustration from customers and the special handling required for the painted systems controlling their production lines, Bri-Mar approached the galvanizer to discuss the possibility of hot-dip galvanizing the trailers.

Initially, Bri-Mar was a little hesitant about making any design changes to the dump inserts and car trailers, but after discussion with the galvanizer and implementing minor changes, they are extremely satisfied with the coating quality and final product. Utilizing hot-dip galvanized steel has not only eased Bri-Mars customers frustrations, but has sped up their turnaround time, eliminated color match issues, and extended the life of their products a win-win for all.
